Yes. All Soft Nature products are made using carefully selected, non-allergenic materials that are safe for everyday use.

Our fillings and fabrics are designed to reduce irritation and are suitable for most people, including children and sensitive skin users.

However, individual sensitivities may vary. If you have a known medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before purchase.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is approximately:

• 5 business days to Ukraine (Free Shipping, Cash on Delivery available)
• 5 business days to Poland (Free Shipping, Prepaid only)

Delivery times may vary slightly due to logistics conditions.

4. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product:

• Has not been used
• Has not been washed
• Is in original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, used bedding products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. How should I care for my blanket or pillow?

Each product includes specific care instructions. In general:

• Wash at recommended temperature
• Do not use aggressive bleach
• Avoid high-temperature drying

Proper care ensures long-lasting softness and durability.

Damage caused by improper washing is not covered under return policy.

6. Will the color look exactly like in the photos?

We do our best to present products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Lighting
• Batch production differences

These minor differences are not considered defects.

7. Are your blankets suitable for both winter and summer?

Yes. We offer different types:

8. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Cash on Delivery is available only in Ukraine.

In Poland, all orders must be prepaid at checkout.

9. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Order number

We will review the case and provide a solution.

10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
